Pre-ordered program books, resident wristbands for those exempt from the facility fee, and daily facility fee wristbands will be available for pick-up July 1 on the second level at Registration Desk 4. From July 2 - 7, they will be available at Registration Desk 1 on the main floor. A limited number of programs will be available for purchase onsite through the naidc26.com store while quantities last.
Hotel Wristbands: Attendees and dancers staying in the hotel block will receive an envelope at hotel check-in containing the daily wristbands needed for their stay, based on their arrival and departure dates and are inclusive of their check-in and check-out dates. Attendees are encouraged to ask about their envelope if they do not receive it at time of check in.
Teacher Wristbands: All teachers will receive a wristband for the full week. Wristbands may be picked up at Registration Desk 1 or, for IDTANA members, at the Convention on July 1. IDTANA members who ordered their complimentary program book may pick it up at the IDTANA Convention or at Registration Desk 1 throughout the week.
Two practice rooms are located on the second floor of the Rosen Centre near Registration Desk 4 in Salons 9/10 & 11/12.
Additional practice rooms have been secured at the following block hotels and will be available from July 1 - July 6
Doubletree by Hilton – Flamingo
Magnolia A and B are in the main building within the Conference Center. Flamingo is on the 1st floor of the Tower building. Request a map at the front desk.
Embassy Suites by Hilton – Seminole Room
Head past the front desk, turn right then a quick left. Continue down the hallway toward the Fitness Center and Indoor Pool. Pass Citrus, Lake, Orange, and Osceola — Seminole will be on your right. If you reach the Fitness Center or Pool, you have gone too far.
Hilton Orlando – Lake George
Rooms are located on the Main Lobby level. Pass through the lobby to the meeting spaces located next to the lobby.
Hyatt Regency Orlando – Bayhill 27 (unavailable on July 3 and 4 for grade exams)
Directional signage will be provided by the hotel.
Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld – Zander
Directional signage will be provided by the hotel.
Rosen Plaza – Salon 14
Take the guest elevator to level 2. Follow signs for “Skybridge Convention Center and Salons 1–18.” Walk to the end of the hallway, Salon 14 will be on the right.
TRU by Hilton – Lemon Ballroom
Enter through the main lobby, pass the Front Desk, and continue toward the elevators. Walk down the adjacent hallway to the end of the corridor. Ballrooms are on the first floor at the rear of the hotel. Directional signage will be posted.
